It seems like people keep expecting Obama to be Clinton, but he isnt. Also, whether you like to admit it or not - Obama campaign WAS in fact about what the govt can give out. That is something I think is disturbing, and I do think the author was correct to postulate that future Democrats will be very tempted to follow the same model.
