This makes for the 2nd time that villa has come available btw. I paid the taxes last time whenn it had 1 hour left cuz I nor any one in KGB had a deed and thought it would be nice to get it for KGB. Keep a close eye on it, it will become available again. I however might pay the taxes again if I were you before it times up again to throw off the timing incase any oen else noticed when you paid rent and know when it should become avail. Just my 2 cents:)
