In an attempt to try and co-locate information for our leaderships usage. I thought I would start a thread in which members can post there specialization and progression along that line.

This should help leadership form spec teams when we get down to the nitty gritty which is on the very near horizon. Maybe even sticky this and allow editing so as people progress they can change there form so we can keep this thread clean.
