I can't believe it. Boy places his arm around his girlfriend for about a minute and gets REPRIMANDED for expressive physical contact? Isn't that a normal part of humanity in the United States? WTF IS happening to this country?

I can see it now...some kid caught cheating on a test is in detention and asks Hal; "Hey man, what you in here for?"

"I was hugging my girlfriend."
