While I am anti-taxi industry, Uber's is developing a rule book for a corporations to bypass municipal law. Once they establish methodology it will be only matter of short time until 'company town' makes a comeback.

Remember, Uber wasn't kicked out of Austin - it was regulated by a public referendum.
