CR is trying to figure out if it makes sense to buy the IP outright or just purchase a license and get a Dev Kit and probably poach from the VA pool of devs. I would rather he spent our money on crap like this then on the demands of the immersion monkey crowd who continue to push "towels", "fish", "toilets" and mind numbing tasks like unloading your own cargo.
