The reward algorithm is a a dynamic result based on multiple input factors.

Specifically:
1) What you are bringing in trade
2) Where you are bringing it from
3) Where are you delivering it too
4) What is the real time frequency of the trade run you just completed with the same parameters of 1, 2 and 3.
