the change mostly is seen from my end. The place where the applications and all other forms used to go to, was constantly being sent an insane amount of spam (35 to 100 spam emails a day) it was becoming difficult to sift through it all to find the real applications or forms coming in.

Creating a gmail account is not hard. I have had one set up for me for years. Valaria.kgb@gmail.com in case you were wondering.
