I use V. 2 of DFScript and thought I would let anyone that doesn't know about it. It basically lets you use the left mouse button trigger all abilities instead of having to use right and left. It frees up your right mouse button.

You have to install ahk_l and then run his script.

V 3 is supposed to add auto-cast to the abilities you select as well. I have not tested this yet but will sometime this week.
