I had two accounts with the same email addresses (Two different ones) for years but am unable to log in now, I get bad username/password and when I select forgot password on each of those two accounts I get account not found… these are the same email accounts they send my billing info to for years. There is no question I am using the right accounts names or email addresses, I use for both business and pleasure for years and see correspondence from df in them. Am I the only one?
