Hum no. Maybe you had some problem yesterday because the server was full.

Nothing changed that I know of.
Just need to login with whatever account info you had setup upon first usage.

If you still can't get in we can reset the account.

More than likely it was that the server is full. Not sure if it gives that as a message or not.

Be sure to let us know in game when this happens so that we may help to correct the issue and get you back in vent.

I have tried with my laptop and desktop.
It tells me I am putting in wrong info.
Guess I just forgot password and we need to reset it.
If someone could do this please.
