Yesterday's raid was a total failure communication-wise. I don't know how secure is the alliance forum and I don't know where to post it so here is how I think the communication should be :

- one channel with raid leader(s) and scouts, leaders should be in the scout group even if they're not scouting.
- one channel with group leaders and raid leaders : raid leaders give order, group leaders report important events.
- one channel per group

It should limit the stupid conversations to group channels and groups which need it can get more orders than others (like "stay there and don't run").
As leaders can die and to be ready for real action, this should be implemented quick and be tested with leaders (raid and group leaders) out of the field.

A second vent server should be ready in case the current one is DoSed. And a third one not disclosed for fucking emergencies. 3 different providers.

Last thing : people getting killed should reequip, group up and go back. Integrating with the command structure (group, group leaders etc.) so they can be deployed efficiently by raid leaders. Like to setup ambushes if the main raid forces have to retreat.
Personally i think they made a bad call pulling out with no reference point on where to go or what the plan was at all

I don't think deadeye was ready to try and command that many people at once he will have to adapt and ya the vent conversations were retarded

With Rep on your side how can you lose?
one good player does not outweigh 100 shit players..that about sums up darkfall
i say we had 10 above average players there it was just alot of people showed up just for a pvp raid and i dont think the guys who were leading it were ready for it

If they wouldve held their ground where we were in the first place it wouldve been easier to start picking off the enemy but shit happens heh
I miss everything.
