So my summer term has taken quite a toll on my gaming time. Class for 8 hrs instead of 2 a day is a bit overkill. I haven't been able to play as much.

My Lg Villa still requires guest rm furniture. This furniture gives 4 additional slots to bind at the house. The house is only 15sec run into the safe zone, ideal location. It's nearly fully furnished.

Instead of trying to farm 500-700k alone with my current schedule, nearly impossible. I'm looking for individuals that are willing to pay 1/4 the cost for a permenant bind spot. I've had this offer before but it was from alliance members. I want guilded members only.

In the event I ever do quit game or sell the house your investment will be returned in full. Same if the individual left guild. Which I hope doesn't happen. I've made the offer out to 2 people that are currently interested. As long as they are committed I still have 2 total remaining spots.

I would be interested in this. Currently new to playing so not sure If I'll be able to come up with the money before some one else if others are interested, but I'll try

Thanks for the 2 investors that chipped in for the furniture. The Lg. Villa is now at max capacity. I have 2 weekly renters and 2 permanent roommates and 1 Jet alt.

Purg investment has been returned since i am leaving Darkfall. Bandit will be managing the house and my account from now on and has 1 available spot for rent. 1200 Gold a week.
