He was discharged honorably from KGB after nearly defeating Crimthan Mawr on the battlefield - circa May 2003. Ashen was so ashamed of his defeat and near win that he couldn't dare call himself a Knight anymore - especially after being defeated by that Spear-Weilding Barbarian. What's worse is that he was a former US Marine, same as the Player Behind Crimthan. Oh what a sad day for him!
