Beware, use different passwords!
I recently got two Emails informing me that I purchaced Game Gold with my PayPal account. I had no knowledge of this purchace, nor did I recieve any items. The next day I got an Email from Paypal informing me that my account was suspended due to suspicious 3rd party access, but the damage had already been done. Now I am out $40 for nothing. The only thing I can think of is that I used the same UserID and Password for my Funcom account, so someone must be randomly trying those ID and Passwords to get money...Probably to re-sell it later. The Email is attached below:

wow that is crazy what is weird for me on this laptop it doesn't show your name just your avatar and where you are located by being in oregon i assume this is rallic ?

Pay-Pal and I don't see eye to eye anymore anyway.

They ' locked ' my account due to super-secret-russian-ninja
hackers they claimed were trying to access my account. I
merely needed to provide them with my bank account number, my
home phone and some other piece of info that escapes my mind
at the moment.

Since I rarely used it, I told them where they could put
that request for info I don't ever give out. Period.

Since my password would give most folks a heart attack, I
wasn't all that concerned about it.

They refused to cancel my account without providing them
with the aforementioned information, so I ignored their
threats of closing my account if I didn't provide it.

( It's what I was wanting to do anyway. . . . :| )

A few months later the account was terminated and I am
unable to utilize Pay-Pal's services any longer.

( oh noes ! )

My advice, stay as far from Pay-Pal as you can.
