Hey guys. Found your website on the DF forums! I'm very fresh to DF, being I never played the first one. The concept of sandboxes really intrigues me, but I've never found one to hold my attention. I've tried EVE countless times with different trial accounts, but it never held my attention. Ever since I heard about DF:UW I've been following it, watching all the videos that they post and let me tell you it looks really awesome. I just bought my preorder today and am excited to try out the beta after work tomorrow.

That being said, I'm looking for a sponsor to help guide me and teach me what I need to learn to be successful, but to also have fun at the same time. I'm a very fast learner so once I have it down you won't need to repeat yourself.

Hoping someone will take me under their wing. I'm sure it'll be a fun challenge.

Hmmm, let's see. I played RuneScape for a good 10 years >< I played WoW since Vanilla. I've also played Aion, Wathammer and RIFT for about 6 months each. Also, FFXIV since release. I also started playing LoL about 2 years ago. I play that on a regular basis as well.

I'm technically 23, but I feel like a 7 year old ;) I also just shaved my head and I'm not entirely sure young kids do that nowadays >.>

I'm generally two types: The smack-you-in-your-face-with-this-giant-sword type or the sneaky type with a bow and arrow. I'm most likely going to be the sneaky ranged come this game. I like picking people off from a distance and not have them know what happened ;) I wish they'd show more of the Deadeye Skirmisher, but hopefully I'll be able to test them all out once we can actually play the game >.>
