Yesterday I joined a group of newer guildies who where farming raptors for leather...a full team. I told them that if we farmed higher level mobs and bought the leather it would be more cost efficient. We then moved on to Elfshades, helped them learn how to farm correctly, with shields and only one puller, they did fine (after they got the hang of it)

My point...I'm not on much and I would of expected more experience members to have imparted this knowledge.

I understand we all have our own things to do when we are online, but teaching new member our techniques and tricks will help us all.

Angle and Seahawk stood out in the group IMHO.

P.S. Make sure you have a 1H and a shield when you farm in a team. Whoever is getting hit will parry "v" and the rest will attack. If members of the team can't get in a hit, keep a lookout so the team don't get rolled.

I have to add you forgot about Alejos, he was the one going around giving us buff's and healing as we were killing elfshades. If It weren't for that we wouldn't have had it any easier. Of course except after the first pull when Morg and I believe yourself said it was better to pull from the backside.
