it did the same thing to me wolfgang.. just go through the new account process at preorder start and you can link it to your old account. It gave me hell too

Bandit i didnt have any trouble this time but last time i was having issues like that i had to use a dif web browser. I always just windows explorer but i had to use like chrome to get it to work. You could maybe try something like that
