I'm going to start giving my Archeage land because just logging my accounts to make tax certs everyday takes some time when you have 6 of them.

The deal is simple: you provide the certs, you get the land. And you don't sell it: if you don't want it anymore find another KGB member to give it to.

* Sanddeep around the Vuldan area : 2 blocks of properties.
- first one is 5 16x16 + 1 tatched owned by kikoololasv. All clustered so you could even put a mansion there.
- second one is 7 16x16 around the road. Owned by drizztgandalftheblack and Passepartout.

* Two crowns : a 8x8.
* Castway Straits : a 16x16 farm owned by Petitfromage.
* Solis : a 16x16 house owned by Farmingwhore.
* Feuille Sound : 4 16x16 (one is a gilda farm so demolition only) owned by Volkhen and Petitfromage.
* Diamond Shore : a 16x16 owned by Petitfromage.
* Nuimari, north of the west lodestone : a thatched and a 16x16 farm owned by Petitfromage.

It would take time to get my shit out of chests but if someone really want it :
* hilltop of Dewstone : 4 16x16, 4 8x8, 1 gazebo. If you can buy the last 8x8 you could put a mansion there. Fuck you Aerician.
* Add a chalet and 2 16x16 next to the hill

On the European server. Perfect to setup an Apex farming : a shit-ton of land in the same area (5 gazebos, 5 16x16 farms, 3 thatched, 1 townhouse, 1 chalet, 1 fellowship plaza, some cottages). If you need I can set you up with some animal pens there so you can get your accounts to 50k husbandry fast. It is in the east side, in Solis the full housing area east of the Sylvina Hotsprings.

I think Chloraform and Maddhacker would be interested in the first set of plots in Sanddeep.

It would be a good starting holding for the pair of them.

Advised them to shuffle things around for 2x upgraded thatched + 3 16x16 so they can get a good thing going there.

Additionally, Land set 2 in Sanddeep, if broken into two groupings can fit 2 upgraded thatched while having a few other smaller properties that're pretty well trapped by a gazebo that Man owns. Either way, it's be a great starter holding for somebody.

Vuldan might have interest in those properties closest to his though.

Honestly, we still regularly do Anthalon, Red Dragon, Kraken, Luscas and all the leadership daily stuff every day as a guild.

I think its mostly just the Sanddeep property he's distributed so far, though I think a couple of those are still available, and Niruk has some land he needs to demo for somebody else to take since his Patron wore off recently too. I'd recommend nudging him with a private message just in case he doesn't spot the reply as quickly.
