Who has a 16x16 or Thatched they wish to sell?

I would rather buy from a guild mate, but if you have some land you wish to sell let me know.

I had to find someone selling in /faction and call Mr Chinaman for some gldz plz. Only got a 16x16 so cant plant trees...

But I can at least plop down chests and probably a crafting table of some sort. I'm a packrat.

Why cant you plant tree's? Oh..duh, cause you left the cottage up. Yah, no tree room if you use the house, although you can knock it down and put a farm up that grows trees, including sequoia.

Yeah no house no chests no benches though right? Or at least it seems more complex...

Honestly with the bot/hacks out now to scan for and instaplace houses, I would be pretty leery about picking up anything bigger than an 8x8

Well there is someone selling in two crowns for 1700 with secure trade for a 16x16 and i'm wondering if i should get it.

I would just had to get banned for buying from mr chinaman LOL.

how do they do the transaction? I would hate to get a mail in the game that says... here is your gold.. thanks for buying from blahblah.com ..

Yup..no worries from what I have seen, but 1700 for a 16 x 16 ANYWHERE is way out of line. No more than 1k in a safe and no more than 850g in a PvP, unless it is right next to merchants.

I paid 700g for 16x16, and its pretty much right next to merchant. Like maybe 3 rows back?

he is sending me a picture of the location.. I won't be home from work until later. He said he has it up for public sale, so i'm sure it's overpriced as well.

I will attempt to grab spots if someone else does the legwork I did the last two weeks of going around looking for places up for demo. I need specific info written such as description of where it's located, time and timezone, name of owner. After some persistence I grabbed my own 16x16 so it is possible.

how many people around when you grabbed yours and where was it?

everytime I go to one that is in pve zone it is 20 people standing around it.

yes, there were at least 20 and they were fighting each other. it was also my 12th+ attempt. but it worked.
