I know Jaguar and I are both checking the AH pretty regularly but I haven't been closely tracking prices. I think we should pool our information somehow to track these changes together. I don't think a simple spreadsheet would work since we'd want to take data points at fairly inconsistent times (whenever possible). Any ideas aside from custom coding an app for this?

So I broke down and started working on this. Step 1: item and recipe database scrape.

This was taken from archeagedatabase's tooltips ajax endpoints so all the data is inside some fucked up html, I will parse it out later for my own use but if any of you are interested there it is.

One thing I can't find accurate data on is what exactly mag salvaging items gives you. Obviously apprentice sleeves return 1 moonlight dust -- why?

Lunastones seem to provide Lunarite. Do all grades of lunastones provide the same amount?

There are some other crafted items that don't have a workbench associated with them and these are the ones that are currently giving me trouble, but some of them are fully documented. For example 5 motes -> 1 shard 1 shard -> 4 motes, or Weapon Regrade Scroll + Lucky Sunpoint -> Resplendant Weapon Regrade.

Please post any resources relating to this type of crafting so that I can incorporate it into this tool.
