This is mostly a preparatory thing in case I'm asleep during next meeting.

The main problem: we need high level crafter for the real high level gear.
To focus on crafting people need to be fed gold for the crafting + work pots and mats so they don't lose LP by gathering.

So I'm thinking about extending my idea about trade packs:
- 1 or 2 guys do the gathering big time.
- they feed the crafters and 1 or 2 traders.
- the traders run packs. With the gold generated they feed the crafters and the gatherers so they can buy seed / livestock back.

The people who don't want to play farming simulator 2014 korean edition just do dungeons / hasla / arena to get their gear. But when we start doing intercontinental runs to get stabilizers for crafting they should be available to protect the tradepack runners.

Also, I'd like to see a simple post-it where we list:
- crafters levels and names
- available special crafting stations (farmer's workstation for example)
- open to guild farms locations

I would submit the problem is going to be in how this is communicated, but its a great idea. we have at least 40 people playing, but I would submit less than 10 are hard core crafting and farming. I have received NO donations from anyone. Not bitching, just statin a fact.

I can produce almost all seed bundles and havesting brings about 125 worms per harvest for those fishing. I have 1 16x16 and 3 8x8 properties currently. I gave one 8x8 to Dustrider, and if I can secure any of the spots I am trying to get on Sandeep, can work on giving interested clan mates other properties as well.

I concur 100%. From now on when I receive requests for LW armor, I ask for a labor pot which is 5-7gp off the trade market. Technically I have three toons, so I can pop 3 potions every 12 hours. Most of the LW high tier goods require more than 1,000 labor for the set combines. The going rate of Labor=Gold is that every Labor point spent should yield no less than 1SP per labor point. That is the absolute rock bottom break even value per labor point.

Vuldan, Wolfgang, Itchy, and myself have entered into a Daisy Chain Pyramid of amazing goodness around this message. This is how we are planning to give "Free" to the Clan, while addressing our gold/labor/mats needs.

Main
Vuldan does the main farming for Grain.
Wolfgang does the main Husbandry for Meat, Eggs, and Pelts.
Tasorin does the main Crafting for Leather (Pelts)
Itchy/Tasorin/Wolfgang does the main Trade pack labor sink.


Support
Vuldan provides farm goods to the Clan and grain for trade packs. While making other farm related mats for himself/Clan.
Wolfgang provides Trimmed Meat/Eggs to Selenian for Clan food Stuff and Trimmed meat for trade packs.
Tasorin provides Grapes for trade packs and raw lumber for Gold sale
Itchy supports his own endeavors with his excess labor/mats

I will do this to the best of my ability. Currently Farm coral, and Mining. So who do I send what to？Currently been trading iron to guild bank for ingots and been using and selling stones for profit.
