CSKY permissions are setup. Riven can also register his own guys now.

Make sure people actively sponsor and help out the ShortBus people since their joining KGB Proper.

They are going to start under the KGB tag and them either stay under it or move out as an Ally under there own name. We are trying to leverage the ease of use in being under one Clan tag early game. Especially with sharing plot access, porting, coms and the such.
