Just a heads up starting July 17th to July 21st Archeage will start its 1st beta weekend for those interested in playing. I will probably set aside some time to try it out thise weekend as well.

I'll hop on and roll a new guy probably after work on Thursday.

Noticed they still have a ton of issues with clipping and rendering assets at distance. So what's the deal with the Beta cycle? Do we get to keep our progress through beta or are they doing wipes after every weekend cycle?

I am starting a char on Beta, and joining the server Aranzeb...

As far as the status i'm not sure i believe it may stay at every weekend not sure. only if you bought the 149.99 package do you have patron status in beta, which allows placing property and patron rewards. I have my entire store credit allotment however, I'm unsure i get it back if i spend it.

If they wipe at the conclusion of the Beta cycles they should refund all in store credits used or allow you to carry over those items attached to your account purchased in Beta to the "Live Launch". If they don't it's going to be yet another punch to the face that this title has foisted upon the paying player base.

All store credit will be wiped and original value restored at launch.

No wipe but they said your crops may be gone and taxes will be due since the internal clock kept running.
