I have to say I didn't use the acid exploit for rigor and I can't get into the earthquake exploit. I think it's because the grinding is wearing on me. Don't get me wrong this is totally selective exploiting on my part since I kill any mob whether it bugs out or not.

I am worried that I am getting burned out on the grind and I would rather just play the game even if I am gimped without getting my rigor up.

The game is fun and I enjoy the playing aspects of it the pvp is one of a kind and the mobs are silly hard (unless they are bugged out).

While we hear people who can't play without the best gear or the best skill because someone else might have better gear or damage or stats - it's just silly to me that people would spend their time worrying about the max equipment or the max skills when they are missing out on the thrill of the fight.

Win or lose the combat is great in DFO and I hope no one is getting too caught up in the skill grind that they aren't fighting every day because without experiencing the best of DFO and by limiting your experience to the grind fest for skills you could miss out on what the game is really about.

I don't think when I win in combat that it's because my sword skill or stamina or fire magic is higher than my opponent. It's usually because I out thought him and out fought him. But either way the experience I got fighting him will help with my next fight and it was fun as hell.

So enjoy the rigor parties just don't get caught up in them too much they are not what the game is about and they may not make a difference in your next pvp fight.
