SC Spec's mean absolutely nothing. At best it's theory crafting and concept. If you buy a ship based on Spec's you get what you get, and CIG has shown they will continue to change them, and some might say in order to continue to drive sales.

I didn't pick that one up, but it was an interesting read about how they plan to handle damage and repair. I figured that this one (or other repair ships) may be something I just pick up in-game as time goes on.

In one of the "10 for the Chairman" following the release; someone asked if repair ships would be the ONLY way to get your ship back on its feet to fly back for more repairs; he said no they also plan on having some spare parts/modules available so you can do field repairs on your own (EVA and internal).

Tasorin: No doubt, concept ships are always theory-crafting. Nothing is going to be for sure until they get them in-game for playtesting/balance.
