In the jump point magazine they normal have an information article on a system in the PU
as part of this they give basic trade information (example below)

SELL: BASIC FOOD +1

it appears that ultimatox from TRIDENT has recorded all of these to determine the best trade routes

seems a lot like the X series.

not sure if that is a good or a bad thing
what I would say is that this is still early days so may change
and although the numbers show the base stats they will be affected by player trade runs

I am sure that after a load Banu Merchantman delivery a cargo of luxury foods the demand will change from food to gym equipment
