There isn't enough ranks to go all the way through each knight class currently. I'm willing to take suggestions on an alternative setup but currently its.

Makes sense. I really hate the way they did ranks and roles (when we were discussing yesterday)

I anticipate it will change.

Clearly it just means I need to get into the federal faction or get captain (although that won't work well with... other things)

I'm hoping that they listen to the feedback from the test and increase the amount of ranks. That way we can satisfy the amount of diversity that we have within the organization.

There is plenty of time to discuss and plan how our operations will work along with how we will evolve during the alpha/beta process. The early start to lay a solid foundation.

There are always alternative means besides the federal or military class. We will have to see how things develop.

For now I changed it as follows:

Roles:
Founder-- Guild Representative
Officer-- Guild Leadership
Recruiting Officer-- Guild Officer
Marketing Officer-- Military Officer

Ranks:
R5-- High King
R4-- High Chancellor
R3-- Officer (which will attach one of the above roles for further designation)
R2-- Supreme Knight
R1-- Knight
R0-- Recruit

Hopefully this will work for now. This caters 2 ranks to members, 2 to leadership, 1 to the Glorious High King and 1 to new recruits.

Until more ranks get added we will have to made due with this and use ts3 to give further designation to the guild extent of our ranks for any further detail into officer and military rank categories as they arise.

Of course any suggestions are welcomed.

You didn't need to change it on my account. Getting the military ranks in there will be important!

Trying to keep it as balanced as I can. Only 6 ranks this keeps it fair between federal ranks and guild ranks.

The way I see it for now is I tag an officer r3. If it's military I'll give him the military designation role. His ts3 will show if he's knight captain etc. covers all areas and removed the need for our limited roles.

So what good does 1300+ members or even 100+ members do for you. You'd be lucky to get 25 probably in an instance. Imperium was always a zerg in DFUW guess the apple didn't fall from the previous game.

in truth one of the big issues with eve was you ended up having to join one of the mega coalitions if you wanted to try 0.0

with instancing it should allow smaller groups to stand a chance opening the full game out to more players

It is awful early to start counting numbers guys. We have a sleeping membership. They will awaken soon.

Im not concerned with numbers the game doesn't need huge numbers just coordinated teamwork and communication. Plenty of time before launch and it will be fun.
