You don't. The release has been a complete mess. You have to get it through a site they do not even publicize.
They're only selling the game via online store for about 15 minutes a day. All last week it was available from 1200 to 1215MST.

Man, how crowded is it in the actual game? Do they have a ton of people playing, or is the one server just really small and that is what the issue is?
The server is huge, it takes hours to get from one end of the map to another.

The queue times players are experiencing during prime-time hours the last couple of days are only temporary. They are due to the large number of new players that have entered the game this week. This made us reach a threshhold. Everyone wants to be online a lot, and to add to this, the starting areas are congested. It does help to bind away from the starting areas but currently during prime-time hours this isn't enough to avoid the queues.
We expect to have queuing issues this weekend especially around prime-time hours, but starting next week you will see a vast improvement as we considerably upgrade the capacity of our server cluster.
We apologize for the queuing and we want you to know that we're working non-stop to eliminate it. In the meanwhile we won't offer more copies of the game until this is resolved early next week.
We continue to aggressively detect and permanently ban exploiters using third party programs. We would like to assure the player-base that we're committed to protecting the game from these kinds of exploits. If you install and use one of these programs you will be permanently banned.
Doesn't look like it. The queue times are absolutley horrendous. They need to at least at a counter or something to show your spot in line. It is really bad. Hang in there Tonto and all that have not been able to get it yet. You will have it soon and the good part is most of the grind will have already been done for you
I would love to see them post that they are adding a few more free days/weeks onto those who have been playing so far. Between the downtimes and the queue times 3 days just doesn't seem enough, a week would be nice.
I was in queue 2 hours this morning. This shit is ridiculous. They need to just add a second server, or seriously make it a server that can handle 50k+ people like EVE. If the server is like this after 7000 or so players, then just imagine if they let in another 3000.

Your purchase will be queued and you will be billed when your free play period ends.
