If you are looking for work in the upcoming DFO faction, just a FYI that now is a good time to come and speak to me about it. This means PMing me in one form or another, please don't post in various threads about it. That is harder to keep track of, come speak to me means PMing me or MSGing me.
3 Things you can plan on me asking are what type of position do you want, why do you want it, and why do you think you will do a good job with it.
I am not overly discriminatory based on things like seniority, how much I like you, or even how much I agree with you. If I think that you are capable and willing of being a serious asset, then you will get consideration.
(within reason, I probably wouldnt give a raw recruit of a day control over all guild assets etc... but if your a newer recruit who wants to step then there might be a job for you)

Thanks to those who have PMed me to discuss a position. Everyone that has, is being considered, and those of you that have so far are likely to get positions just as soon as a need is percieved, to fill positions.
I would like to note, that if you have any particular skills or see a need for a particular role - feel free to speak up and mention it. Examples might be recruitment, clerical work, Intel, etc
On a final note - if you want consideration, you need to follow the directions laid forth in the post. They are fairly simple. Though, if you do not want to go that route there are two ways to get an exception.
1) Be sponsored by a member of the Executive Staff (G3+ Basically) Recommendation from an ES member goes a long way, and eliminates the need to PM me directly.
2) Catch me on Vent. Vent is just as good as Oracle, better actually. Be prepared for same basic questions, but Vent is a perfectly acceptable venue.

If you posted about a position, and still want one - try to go one of the routes listed above. I might remember your post and get a hold of you first, but talking directly to me or an ExecStaff member is the best bet.
