I have heard multiple times that apputan (yes the spell is likely off) is not our future because of ships and the chance of being sieged from the water... If it is not, should we sell it?

I think that if we were seriously considering moving, then selling Aputan would be a good idea. I'm assuming though, that before selling we would secure a new city to move into?
If we are going to lose Aputan it will be by siege after we conquer another city.
with sea cities alot depends on how good the tower cannons are
will they destory ships in seconds or will the ships be able to destory the city
something that came up in chat was that the defence bubble that primalist have would make maning a tower gun alot easyier
has any one tried using the bubble on a ship and will the bubble protect you from cannon fire
can you bubble the bindstone to protect it?
if bubbles can do all of the above then canons and ship bombardment will not be able to take a city and the fight will always be decided on foot which could make a sea city workable
you would still have the down side of harrashment attacks when a ship just turns up to destory a wall and grief you out of siege but with our numbers we should be able to defend aganist that
We are not moving wechad the possibility but atm we have decided to keep it and continue strip mining it and seeing the hamlet completed
