As you guys know closed beta will be starting very soon. It sounds like they will ramp to open beta pretty quickly as Mr Smedley stated at E3. In light of this news which class will you play for beta? There are 6 classes to choose from. Light assault, Heavy assault, medic , max, engineer, and infiltrator.

I will be playing infiltrator. I had no idea they were giving infiltrators the ability to use sniper rifles.Scouting ftw! Of course I'm willing to roll other classes based on KGB needs etc. Everyone should check out the e3 live stream of planetside 2 it was impressive.

Tank God is a class I'm pretty sure, but in the absence of it at release, a Engineer Tank Commander will have to do.

I'm glad that our vanguard drivers will be able to defend themselves now. The tanks and lightnings looked so badass in the e3 footage.
