I find those maps to be wrong about my state. I have 3 kids in school and I keep close watch on the doings of my public education.
I happen to live in Nebraska and it says we are marred by creationist notions and that is a complete fucking lie. I was in school in the 80's and my kids are now and there is nothing like that at all.

I am a product of Mississippi public schools and we learned all about evolution. Never heard creationism except at church.

Ohio here.. born, raised and continue to live in the same rural area and not once did public schools go into creationism for myself, wife or our two son's today.
