Keep it up Obama you're doing GREAT!

Quote:

LightSquared, based in Virginia, is funded by the multi-millionaire Philip Falcone, a frequent donor to Democrats. The satellite and broadband communications company plans to build a nationwide, 4G phone network that many generals believe would seriously hinder the effectiveness of high-precision GPS receiver systems used by the military.

Let's face it, if this is true Shelton wasn't just pressured he was threatened. Pressure is needing to take a shit really bad with no toilet in sight while you're in a crowd of people. Changing a testimony is being threatened.

On another note, James Carville weighs in...

Quote:
James Carville, the veteran Democratic consultant who managed Bill Clinton's successful 1992 presidential election campaign, said his advice to Mr Obama after the party's loss of a previously safe congressional seat in New York be summed up in one word: panic.
He added that Mr Obama should "fire" someone. "No – fire a lot of people. This may be news to you but this is not going well. For precedent, see Russian Army 64th division at Stalingrad.
"Mr President, your hinge of fate must turn. Bill Clinton fired many people in 1994 and took a lot of heat for it. Reagan fired most of his campaign staff in 1980. Republicans historically fired their own speaker, Newt Gingrich.
"Bush fired Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. For God's sake, why are we still looking at the same political and economic advisers that got us into this mess? It's not working."

Face it Jet, your boy is shooting himself in the foot!
We will see soon enough.

Unless you guys come up with a more reasonable candidate, Obama has a good chance for reelection.
Obama's job approval on the economy and unemployment remaining above 9% isn't helping him. Unless the economy takes a drastic turn for the better, and unemployment drops a couple percentage points, he's probably not going to win. Hell... even a seat democrats held for 80+ years was lost.

James Carville hit the nail on the head. He's going to have to change personel in his camp before he can hope for a turnaround. If he wants to start on a positive, he needs to think about implementing a new tax system. Who are we kidding though, he's not going to do that. It's to easy to throw shit on the current shit system.

Interesting how you quote James Carville when he says something you like, but if he said something you didn't, you would call him a socialist and communist.

So, we're not allowed to agree with someone we normally disagree with when they say something that makes sense? For the record Carville isn't a socialist or a communist, he's a leech who feeds on our broken political system, which is nearly as bad as being an actual politician.
He is a socialist and a communist, but even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

I would not underestimate Obama though, its way to early. He is a clever guy with a lot of natural charisma, he could turn things around on a dime pretty quick.

In fact, I would say he is content to have low numbers right now... it makes him look that much better when he starts presenting a better image.

Thats what his new class warfare initiative is about, re-energizing the extreme leftist base. But if he re-enrgizes the socialists now, then he can appear to move to the center and look like the compromiser in 2012. He obviously knows the GOP wont cave. If they reach a favorable compromise somehow, then he can pitch himself to the centrists again. If not, which is likely... he can jockey to blame the GOP.

The economy is really all that makes him defeatable, that and Obamacare. If it wasnt for Obamacare he would probably get re-elected even with a shitty economy. But hate for Obamacare has managed to supplant hate for Bush. If it wasnt for Obamacare and Obamas general crusade to destroy middle America, he would be unbeatable.
Fuck all of you.

Prepare or die.

Pep-Z for the next Generation.

And do you think this would be a good thing after what he's done the last 4 years?

He maybe a socialist, I was just pointing out someone that has the same Idea's as yourself that seem's to think Obama is making bad decisions in his campaign by not changing anything.

Also there's a bit of a difference between a socialist & communist.

Say your a farmer with 2 cows you get milk from. With Socialism the Government takes ones of those cows and gives it to your neighbor. So now you have a cow for milk and so does your neighbor. You both would have milk. But now you just have one cow, hope it feeds your family.

In Communism, the Government would take both cows and you would get milk from the Government. You trust the Government right?

With Capitalism, you would get a bull and a cow. That way you breed those two and sell the cows and/or bulls you would get from breeding them. You can sell them and gain more money to buy more cows that you can sell to people that doesn't have a cow.

Yah, I don't think so on this one Derid. His entire Presidency has been about him getting re-elected. That is part of the issue, they began focusing on world bullshit and looking good for the media and the rest of the world rather than fix the shit they believed was broken, and then it became really broken as soon as they began messing with things.

I have said it and now aa few others have, before Mr. James "fucking douche" Carville spouted his horseshit, without a major change, with a major substantive win, Obama will not win re-election. Period. And one of my greatest life memories is the day I got to tell Mr James "fucking douche" Carville to fuck off to his face, when he was stumping in Portsmouth New Hampshire for that traitor Clark. Ah, the good days.

I would love to ask a few people how does it feel to be a fucking dumbass. It's a pretty long list, but I would have to start at the top... OBAMA!

I was simply commenting on his change of strategy, not trying to insinuate his term has been about anything but getting re-elected. Well, getting re-elected and kissing up to Pelosi.

Only time will tell on who is right as far as his re-election chances, I think people have a tendency to get caught up in the moment and the current trend. Remember, George H. W. Bush was for a time insanely popular. Of course, you could also say he lost due to the economy. But still, Obama will have a lot of media and a lot of money supporting him.

Still just to early to call in my analysis.

But, after seeing Perry's latest comments... its almost enough to make me hope Obama gets re-elected. Atleast if Perry gets the Nod. Its funny, but the fact that I dont think Mitt really means half the shit he says, is what makes me want to support him.. in the current field.

Ofc I support Paul, but every other time Perry opens his mouth.. I get tempted to start donating to Romney as well.

Oh, and Kudos to telling Carville to fuck off. That guy is a major dickbag.

I am sure he would love to ask you how being an uneducated inbread Okie is going for you?
I see Derid, good enough. I didn't think it was aa real issue, just what I felt versus the situation.

Yah, I was sitting in a restaurant in downtown Portsmouth when he came in with Gen Clark running for President. I refused to shake Clarks hand and Carville got rather indignant with me about him being an American hero and such. I told Carville I was retired Air Force and the only thing Clark was, was a traitor and that he (Carville) could fuck off, as I could decide whose hand to shake in a free country.

They left after that and I ate free for a few days in that restaurant..lol.
Being a crotchety old man has its perks eh Vuldan? smile
Yes, yes it does. :-)
