No such luck there....I'll be a bounty Hunter if I can actually play by the time the game comes out. Strait from the Devs mouth "Bounty Hunters are designed to be Jedi Killers" and since we all know everyone and their brother is going to role a force using class, there will be no end to the number of kids crying in pvp when I show up.

I check it, looking at the "Jedi Killer" class aka the Bounty Hunter

the bounty hunter might be a jedi killer but a jedi will alway kill a bounty hunter

The Dev's made it quite clear the Bounty Hunter is designed to take on Jedi in the pvp areas called Warzones. Now the catch is the Smuggler class will most likely be the rock/paper/scissors to the Bounty Hunter because we all know what happened to Greedo in the Cantina verse Han Solo who is probably the best known smuggler in the movies. So no the Jedi will most likely be "feeling the force" when I am around, which is to say he'll have his dick in the dirt

that is true but there will alway be people that will always make there jedi stronger in the way of the force just like look did in return of the jedi where he used the force choke on the pig as a good guy...

Bah the Force is over played, and every noob and his noob friends is going to roll a force user, the servers will be jam packed with Sith and Jedi on launch day, you watch.

I wont lie. I'll be rolling a Jedi, but like you said its gonna be jam packed with them so i was figuring on rolling a regular soldier. Of course all this assumes i have a job and a working desktop when the game launches, lol.

same here Stubs...I face the same issues, hardware and money. However I still look to the future and hope, I think Soldiers will be very fun to play if the Republic is your style that is...I'd go Empire Bounty Hunter or Empire Imperial Agent.

I've played enough games where your choices and actions affect your alignment. I'm a good guy, i dont try to fight it anymore unless its for achievments on my xbox.

every time I have played the good faction I end up playing with people who are so frustrating and are such a imbecilic tool that I cannot stand being in the same group with them..I don't know why that is but I truly feel the good factions attract retards, usually I think it's because they really think they are heroic and that entitles them to act like children.

Nah its probably cause most of them are children. I miss Shadowbane where the only factions were the one's players made.

You make a valid point, it would suck if it turned out that playing as the Republic is the same thing as going Alliance.

Not gonna lie, i really really wanna make one, but depending on who is playing from KGB, and what the plans are....will affect my choices. I will have one at some point.

Also, www.shadowbaneemulator.com is something im keeping my eye on. It's a free server which comes with its own special issues but its shadowbane, and i will always get drawn back to that.

well keep your eye open here on the oracle because there is some talk about a KGB SWTOR effort, so there will be a KGB presence in the game..
