I just like seeing new sigs, i'm not really in a creative mood right now so i'll hold back on any judgements, other than I enjoy the change of scene.

hi. Don't take it serious about what I say. Art is opinionated thats why its so l33t. I like the colors. I like the layout other then the lines around the medals in that box becuase they arn't consistant with your other straight lines in the sig. Use of space could be more to one side of the sig. The other people are right the girl of the skirt down on the right side of the sig needs to be outskies.. take that out. You could improve the Feathering of the back drop of the vector. "what is she thinking about" I like that shes also has her hand in a weird spot. The vector might be scanned its got de-interlaced scan marks on it. I would use a different font. Theres more I would say.. but im not.

i hATE the font, but i actualy cant change it... my pc got FUCKED up in the move to houston and i cant even ask it to try and change fons or it crashes adobie...

Maybe if you lighted or thinned out the blue squiglies to match your font. Or slightly bolded your font so they worked together more.
But for the record I like Ltima's more then Syevs : P
