lol, there's no strict way to go about it. Probably the more common way is to just send a private message to one of the moderators asking for it. But this should work too.
that is what elph said to do, I dont know what i am supposed to do here. Usually Elph does not liek to accept anyone unless they have the votes, but for SB faction it is different. I am trying to get the guys that played under Horlom registered and all that stuff
