I want this job...to play online games all day on a government salary would be great, although WoW wouldn't be my first choice of game.

Maybe KGB can be the first guild to become governmentally sponsored

We're all going to Gitmo for running around with "KGB" over our heads, all because some 40-something man on a postal worker's salary doesn't know how to check a guild's name beyond it's abbreviation.

"Holy shit, I found a whole crew of Russian terrorists! It's the Red Scare all over again!!!"

ROFLMAO,

It's a bit bizzare, knowing that you just beat a US Marshall at PVP and farmed his body for loot, lol.

I always wondered why This guild was given a name whose abbreviations were the same as the old Russian secret police...

lol always wondered that myself, of all the abbrevs. you could have chosen, you choose kgb? =P Maybe it's an inside joke, heh.

I mean, it could have been KBG - Knights of Beer and Glory or something...

are you implying that jetstar is part of the red movement in some way? and that terrorism does exist in video games and we are mindlessly involved in it.....

Time to move to Uruguay or somewhere similar.

Some things just make your blood run cold when you read them.

Uh huh. . . .

So where exactly in the Suspicious Terrorist Activities
Checklist does Zerg Attack via flying Penis come into
play ?

Was a funny moment on Second Life when some land baron
type was doing an interview and got attacked by no fewer
than one billion flying genitalia

Flying penis attack ? Gitmo for you buddy !

Seriously, how can you possibly apply real world laws
to something like WoW or EQ ? Bad enough the games have
to be modified to conform to societies standards in a
given region already. . . .

( Example: WoW and even LOTR had to heavily modify the
undead to sell in Japan. Apparently looking at skeletons
in a game has been deemed bad for public health. . . I
couldn't make this stuff up if I tried. . . . )

I think what they really are looking at is how cells might communicate or organize in a virtual world, as well as attacks on infrastructure technologies from within a virtual environment and the possible uses a virtual world offer embeded cells and increased access. perhaps even allowing terrorists the ability to recruit and or leave propaganda
