Edit: to those asking then it doesnt break the 450 hp cap, so for endgame players it doesnt have a effect currently.

dunno but 15k mods for them to get 20hp more... just doesn't seem worth it to me...

Grats to that clan, I am sure they crafted for many hours a day to get that achievement.
