Does anyone own the N52TE? I have discussed the G13 with various people, and I'd like to know more about the N52TE from a clan member, not some random Amazon reviewer. The specs I'm most concerned with are:

1. Ergonomics
2. Software Quality
3. Ease of use
4. Jerky, fast reaction, movement, not having to looking down, everything easily accessible (not to be confused with ergonomics).
5. What do you think about not being able to manipulate the macro timer?

I did not want a WOW perspective, nor did I want a random FPS opinion. I want a no shit, I f&$(#$g play Darkfall and this is what I think.

I just use it for the macros, I dont use it with my hand on it during play.

I have the Belkin Nostromo N52 but not the TE version. The model is pretty much Identical aside from some of the macro features.

Ergonomically, It fits my hand comfortably, but I have pretty small hands compared to the average adult. The G13 is so large that I cant use it comfortably. I have to pick my whole hand up to push most of the buttons.

I am not a huge software person, So I dont have much information to help you with that.

It is very easy to use. May take a few mins to get yourself oriented with it but Many of us have them and would give you pointers if needed.

You can have a twitch reflex with it. I use it for every game I play from FPS to Darkfall.

As for not being able to manipulate the macro timer.
That was a deal breaker for me. I searched ebay and other type of sites to get the old nostromo model which is the N52.

If you dont go with the g13 I highly recommend the old Nostromo model.

I have both.
1. I like the ergonomics better, but it doesn't have as many keys as the G13. The G13 is fine, I just have to stretch to get those corner keys, but I just use those for rarely used functions.

Aside from that, the G13 is much better and much more flexible in programming. I still use my N52TE, but for my bot computer.

It took me a while to get used to my N52 and I was loving it. Then I got the G13 and it took me a while to get used to that, even after having used the N52. As far as I am concerned, the G13 is the primo game pad out there right now.

yea, i don't think i will be settling with the belkin either. i guess the deciding factor would the customization, that makes it for me.

I have both and went with the g13 due to Arks script. I really liked the nostromo but that script rules.
