KGB continues to hold it's own in Darkfall and that is thanks to the membership, leadership, and our new members. We continue to hold and build the city of Khosgar, and have opened it up as a home to many guilds.

Below are the changes coming to the KGB DFO faction on Thursday April 30th, 2009.

(G5) Derid, KGB High Chancellor

As you all may know from recent polling, Derid was re-elected with an 85% approval rating for a second term as High Chancellor of our DFO faction. Derid has decided to decline a second term at this time. Derid will stay on with the rank of General (G1) and continue to play when he has time and assist with politics and military strategy. Derid has given us the most successful start in any MMO to date and we all owe him a great debt of gratitude for his sacrifice of literally hundreds of hours. Awards to his permanent record are planned as soon as the transition is completed.

JetStar, KGB High King

With the advice and consent of High Chancellor Derid, I will be assuming control over the DFO faction. I have already notified the the current officer corps. I plan to review my position at the end of the next 60 day term, as specified in the KGB Articles of Confederation.

Syev, General and KGB Paladin

General Syev who served as High Chancellor Derid's second in command is also stepping down. As one of KGB's historic top PVPers he will retain the rank of G1 and remain on as a consultant, and PVP tactical advisor.

Dunlop, General and KGB Paladin

General Dunlop will be staying on and reporting to High King JetStar and the KGB Federal Faction.

Hare, General

General Hare will be staying on has accepted a promotion to (G2) 2 Star General.

Kay Rica, General

General Kay Rica will be staying on has accepted a promotion to (G2) 2 Star General.

Don K Leaps, General

Has been granted a leave of absence and we expect to see him back at some point. Good luck in RL General Donk.

(G2)(F5) Tasho / Jaguar, Director of Logistics and Operations
Will be staying on, and going in a new direction for the supply and logistics side of KGB. Keep your eyes on this section of KGB, and make sure to contact Tasho / Jaguar if you have ideas.

Derid did a good job in his role as HC. Jet you have been very involved from day one and I know that things will continue along the path of awesomeness.

I appreciate our leaderships dedication and patience.

Without Derid, I honestly think we'd be homeless at this point.

I'd like to see if at the end of 60 days Jetstar threatens to get on a webcam and rub himself with chicken if we don't give him an approval, like he did to drum up donations for the guild bank.

Seriously though. Thanks Derid for all you've done. The emo mushroom won't be the same. Hopefully Jetstar moves into that mushroom to deal with tell hell.
