Believe it or not, we are still running a advanced and upgraded form of the original w3.the-kgb.com server. Although disabled, the original Meeting Hall (Discus) and the Nuke PHP boards and information still exist.
I have been scanning some of the data and plan to make it available. Something I came across that I wanted to share is just to funny. It dates way back to our peak in Shadowbane. I had already left the political scene when we really found our grove. Of course, as usual, we were considered the "ZERG" and when we had a minor setback, someone decided to write and sing a song about KGB.
You know you are at the top of your game when folks write negative songs about your organization. Here you go:
The KGB Zerg is DEAD in MP3 format, by an unknown artist.
I am hoping to have our original board operational soon. Keep watching for a chance to go back to 1999 and see what we were talking about.

NEW: I got one of the classic KGB propaganda Flashes working again in real time. Click on this link KGB Intro - Anti Imperium 1999 - 2000

And another! With CPU synchronized flash graphics. Here you go! KGB News Logo - UO Era

I hope you enjoy!

I just found some more.

See below the KGB Warlord's report from February 16th, 1999.

Monthly Military Report
To: GuildMaster Jetstar
From: Warlord Nathan Rahl

Military actions are preceding with original intentions after our initial lack of participation. It seems the lag time for personal skill training is almost over and more people are getting back into the thick of things. The 2nd War Council of my term was a very productive venture and many inventive and effective procedures were discussed and have begun to be enacted. I can see that the military has been lacking this communication in the past, and we plan to hold War Council Meetings on a more timely and permanent basis, to combat this oversight. In this report I will include a listing of the current members of the military and their status, as was given to me by the Division Generals. I am also including a list of the procedures discussed at the last War Council to be incorporated in the Armed Forces. If you have any concerns or questions regarding any point of this document please contact me immediately.
On a side note Black Knights General Ardath informed me once again that they are a special division and not under the direct command of the military. I have included that response in the packet of files that follow this report. I am moving the Black Knights to the section of the Armed Forces page under your direct leadership and I will no longer assume responsibility for them.

War Council Recommendations
(All these below mentioned items are recommendations only and are not to be taken as fact or law)
1. Produce a training manual for PvP tactics that the Warlord will write with information supplied by the Generals, Captains, and Commanders.
2. Request a training budget from KGB funds to be used to purchase materials to train all less experienced military members to expected standards.
3. Hold training sessions twice a month, sponsored by a different division each time, with the subject of training in mind, not fighting. Training is mandatory, failure to show without contacting your superior officer will result in battle qualification being denied. (No awards or kill count credit)
4. Incorporate a mandatory system of notification through IRC that each military member will be in when they are in game, even if not available, so that commanders know who to call for help if needed. (All military members are expected to drop what they are doing and help out in an emergency situation)
5. Request a special conference in the KGB message board for military members only.
6. Begin a group email between the Warlord, Generals, Captains and Commanders to keep communications moving between the divisions.
7. Train all military members on the use of IRC and voice chat relay systems in the future for use in military operations.
8. Talk to the CKGB about training military members in effective ways to keep money in the bank.

Love revisiting these old posts, although it reminds me that I've been hanging out with some of you for waaaaay too long. (Since back in 1997 on UO-Pac.)

Was a really fun (SK) crew that we had back then; Binbs, Derid, and all the crew. Now if only we could get Binbs out of the poker halls and back into the battle! Get back here Binbs!

I'm still in touch with Hellfire, Jazzy and Kiki (from Nathan's report):

Kiki is off running some SWToR guild, and she's doing really well.

Jazzy's still leading out his team @ Activision last I heard, and has mainly been stuck in the WoW universe on/off for quite some time.

Hellfire's mainly doing FPS's, or strategy games like Shogun 3(?), etc. I'm working on Hellfire & Derfiem/McNasty to rejoin us in GW2, or at least PlanetSide2. (Both were probably with us in KGB last in Shadowbane...and very, very briefly in Conan - they both hated it.)

Sancho...Jet: did he move out of the Bay Area, or is he still around? What about Paradox, and all the other once-locals? I haven't met up with you guys for drinks for quite some time now, so I don't know who is still around.

It's actually linked in my signature if you click on "Wildcard", or you can go directly go it via:

Good times. I remember all our fights against NC, PoA, etc...Romeo and so many others all over the UO maps knocking heads with the evil empires!
