Nope, its coming out for PC as well. Most of the new Microsoft games will also be playable on WIN 10.

First person perspective is the prime reasons I wouldn't purchase this game. I personally despise first person perspective reflex games. I get enough excitement and feedback all day long. I don't want to come home and log into more focused attention twitch games.

A: Sea of Thieves is a shared-world adventure game (or “SWAG,” as we’re fond of calling it here in the office). We’re trying to build [a] co-operative adventure game, but we don’t want to limit what players can do for people who want to get lost in the world. That’s just as valid.”
