WILL YOU PLAY PS2 WITH KGB ON DAY 1 ? (11/20)

We are looking for at least a 10 person core to start a new KGB Faction in Planetside 2 for release. We are planning to play in a coordinated fashion at least on weekends. Hoping for 8 hours per week.

We are determining Faction and server. Most likely it will be East Coast (To avoid the Asian horde), and we advertised NC. We are working on that. Watch for something on that soon.

PLEASE DECLARE YOUR INTENTIONS IN THE FOLLOWING POLL. YOU MUST CLICK ON THIS POST TO SEE THE POLL AND DECLARE.

well there is four on the fence, which would give us 10, but in this game it's not about the individual but the team...

I have to agree completely with Drakiis.

Those who think this is just another Counter-Strike / BattleField game will last playing it ~ a couple weeks, to a month.

Playing PS2 (or PS1 for the most-part) solo is the equivalent of "running with the Zerg" solo in GW2. You will die repeatedly, curse the disorganization, and eventually leave out of frustration. You might get lucky, and run with a quasi-organized Zerg, but more often than not, you could become part of the cannon fodder endlessly ringing up Experience for the enemy. One person in CS / BF can make the difference, and win a map, but that is not the case in PS2.

Running with a communicative, organized squad/outfit turns this game from a frustrating, banging-head-against-wall experience to an enjoyable, productive experience.

Downlooading the FTP version on Steam. I'll probably end up buying the Pay to Play version, but checking it out for now..

All I have left to say about PS2 is that they have a Vehicle Badge in the game of a Donkey Kicking Ass in the game, which made me laugh as I imagined Donk terrorizing indies in a mean looking Vanguard Tank with that nose decal on the front.
