So I've been watching this show about the surge in Iraq. Gives an interesting inside look at what was going on on the ground. Biggest thing I had a problem with was all the money we were handing out to the Iraqi's. However, like one soldier said, money had such an effect on how things worked, that any weapon system we had wouldn't have worked as good. If It saved American lives then it served it's purpose. But the amount of money gave out was pretty amazing.

Something else that was interesting is that once we were done in Iraq we made sure they passed a law so they couldn't save their seeds from the previous harvest. Which forced them to buy GMO seeds, crazy stuff..
