Anonymous Unregistered A	dont need to ping pong on hybrid, if you're at 700 skill cap you just need to set a skill marked up and you will gain stats even if you arent gaining any skill at all.

I haven't even created my char yet, I am sorta waiting to read up on hybrid to see what their rules are what stuff like that from their website they don't give much information on the type of server i know it's uo:r but is there any other rules they've made up for the server?
