My team lost in the conference finals we are eastern conf champs but lost in the playoffs in the last 2 mins of the finals.

WTF am I doing wrong.

My guys are not leveling up.

I can look at the game log and see the plays the have done, but it doesnt show in the regular season that they are doing anything and they receive no level up points.

I have a team, same as last season.

if your players arent getting regular season plays in then they arent getting xp.

you dont get xp for preseason
