I am playing darkfall online & up until recently (4 days back) I had a good ping, well yesterday it was good again, I lowered all my graphics settings, it was good again so I thought that was it (strange my ping was ok before the 4 days with the good settings I had). Anyway, in game it is in the thousands to hundred thousands & on a speedtest I did a few hours back it was 405. I can't figure it out, I have a phone as modem set up, no odd software, no virus or spyware. Had the same setup a few weeks back & ping was 350ish %99.99 of the time, now I am in a guild but why would that matter? I have been in towns before guild with people with no probs.



So I don't get it at times it is fime, but most times it is in the thousands.

Specs are: EVGA. nForce 650i ultra Intel Core 2 Duo Wolfdale E8200 2.66GHz
6MB Cache Dual Core 1333MHz 2 Gig DIMM-DRAM NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS with 512 DDR3 memory (PCIe 1.00 x16)
