I have a small house and a large farm I would like to place
prefer rural location with a sea view
low crime rate
and within easy comute to a city

You and every other patron that does the land rush on live launch day. Unless they change something between now and then, it may very well be worth taking some time off of work or getting up early to be hovering over the launch button as soon as the servers go live.

Land Management early game is going to be huge if the game remains the same as it is today.

Yep, and apparently we're not the only ones that think coastal 2 crowns is the bees knees.

I heard people talking about how that is considered the premier land.
