Why did you quit or skip Darkfall the first time around?

- The Horrible Grind?
The grind is no more. You gain Prowess from doing things and completing feats(quests) Prowess gained while in a clan will be converted to Dominion which the clan will use to siege or purchase a city or hamlet. The Prowess you have gained; Is used to raise ALL stats, skills, spells, school. Crafting skills are still raised by crafting, the mastery is purchased with prowess. Crafting should not effect anyone in clan unless they choose to do a crafting class. Clan owned accounts will be crafters and provide anything we will need.

- Unbalanced PVP?
No more 10000 spells and complex combat setups. PVP is raw and competitive. Depending on your playstyle, pick the role that best suits you. Warriors are best played up close n personal, they have skills that can bring a player to them or have short burst run speed increase, and other skills to use. Skirmishers are ranged best, but can run and evade enemy and have skills that are beneficial to them against the enemy. Elementalist is a cloth wearing caster. They have damage in spells but you need accuracy and know when to move to not get hit by the enemy. Elementalist will die easily and often. This would be one of the harder classes to play. Primalist is your healer class, they will have mostly group/ally heal spells that can fill life and stamina, also have a spell that causes them to be almost invulnerable to all attacks for a short time. Again this is a cloth wearing class and will be an easy target unless they are aware of their surroundings and keep away from enemy. Group combat is where it is at for pvp. Utilize each others classes to seek the best outcome.
Your stats play a major role with your class you choose. Raising them helps your damage or efficiency of your skills and stam or mana pools or hp pool.

- Have to Macro to win or complete?
No benefits to macroing. You need Prowess to raise any skill or stat outside of crafting. You could macro digging and cook potatoes AFK but your skill gains doing this will be minimal at best. If you have time and want to play, just doing something in game will help you gain prowess. Completing feats is the way to go.

Don't fool yourself and think this is the same game. Many of us are committed to this game, and we think it is the best thing in a long time.
